At Graphics City (GFXCity), we specialize in selling digital design assets such as logos, print templates, and other creative resources. As our products are digital and cannot be returned, we have designed our refund policy to address any issues that may arise.
Before requesting a refund from GFXCity, we encourage you to contact us for assistance with any technical issues or concerns you may have with our products. Our team will do their best to assist you and find a solution.
We will provide a refund under the following circumstances:
Item is not as advertised or does not function properly. If you purchase an item from GFXCity that is substantially different from its description or preview, or if it does not function as intended, we will promptly resolve the issue or offer a refund.
Item has a security vulnerability
If an item you purchased from GFXCity contains a security vulnerability that cannot be easily resolved, we will provide a refund.
Item support is promised but not delivered
If we advertise an item as including support and fail to deliver the support as promised in our item support policy, we will provide a refund.
Items that have not been downloaded
If you have not downloaded a purchased item within 30 days from the date of purchase, you may be eligible for a refund. You will need to provide your purchase details and verification of your claim.
We are not obligated to provide refunds in the following situations:
- You no longer want the item after downloading it.
- The item did not meet your expectations or quality standards.
- You change your mind about the purchase.
- You made a mistake with the purchase.
- You do not possess the necessary expertise to utilize the item.
- You claim a refund without providing sufficient justification.
- You can no longer access the item due to removal or discontinuation.

Our decision to provide a refund is based on all available information and is entirely discretionary. We retain the right to refuse a refund request if we suspect fraud or violation of our terms and conditions.
